Vendor Table Space
Vendor table space offers an exceptional opportunity to sell products, distribute promotional or sample material, build a marketing database or have a contest.
The SnowBall Classic in 2010 will extend from Friday morning (January 22) to Sunday evening (January 24).
Location
Vendors will be located in the Balmoral Room of the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, on the same level as the Regency Ballroom where the competition will be held.
Table Cost
The costs listed below are for the entire weekend and includes taxes and fees that SnowBall pays to the hotel:
• One (1) table: $395
• Two (2) tables: $690
Please note: If vendors bring in racks or other apparatus the size of a table, then table rates will apply and vendors will be charged accordingly.
Table Size
Hotel tables are 8 feet in length and are dressed with skirts and tablecloths.
Organization of Space
Chairs will be provided and placed behind the tables for vendors. All tables are dressed with skirts and tablecloths. Vendors must bring their own extension cords if they need a power source.
Vendor Staff
Vendor shall supply adequate nametags for their staff for identification purposes. Vendor shall notify SnowBall Classic of the number of staff who will be present at the event.
Transportation of Goods
Vendors are responsible for transporting their own goods into and out of the hotel at their own expense. Any services provided by the hotel or its staff to the vendors at the request of the vendors such as transportation, storage or moving of the vendors' goods or other related services including but not limited to the supply of special equipment will be charged separately by the hotel and must be paid by the vendors. Vendors are responsible for any such charges incurred in these circumstances.
Schedule of Events
The preliminary schedule is as follows:
• Friday January 22: open 9:30 am to close midnight
• Saturday January 23: open 9:00 am to close midnight
• Sunday January 24: open 9:00 am to close 6:00 pm
Vendors are requested to set up on Friday morning. Vendors may pack up during the late breaks on Sunday. Vendors may refer to thePreliminary Schedule tab for more detailed information.
Table Rental Deadline
December 31, 2009 is the deadline for table rental space. Space is very limited, so it is first come first served.
